I liked being able to see updates in real-time, which helped our team work together more effectively. I appreciated the centralized platform that connects different agencies and reduces the back-and-forth for clients

> The system is generally easy to use, however, I do not think that it operates in the most effective manner. There are also issues with the program intermittently crashing for some users and then no resolution because the problem "cannot be duplicated" or is not reported by other users.
