A web based tool designed to be web based and surprise it's for the web.

Kommentarer: I'm happy with Figma and find it replacing certain tasks which I would have previously done with Illustrator. The other very positive thing is 3rd parties can also share templates which you access with Figma and I have noticed that several companies now provide figma based Facebok Ads, Conversion website templates in Figma as it's a bit like Google docs but for images and graphics, with the ability to also edit them and change them.

I like that it's web-based so it's easy to share with remote workers who can easily access it.

Ulemper:

There's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to auto-fitting for different web formats.

New generatioon design software with advence features and easy to use

Kommentarer: Overall i have used this software from last 1 year and created many infographics and social media collaterals for one of our client from USA region, and the creatives and infographs which we have created are really liked by client and he was very happy and we got the recommendations as well from him

I liked the easy interface of the software, pricing is also affordable and the customer support is very great

All features are good, nothing is bad but still they can work on adding some AI image generator features and watermark remover in the software

Great Idea in Theory but Extremely Difficult to Use

The idea behind Figma is wonderful. It was made to help content and design teams work together in developing applications, instead of the two being siloed during the development process. Once learned, the commenting tools can help the two collaborate.

Ulemper:

While the idea behind Figma is wonderful, it's not user-friendly at all. To start, our company had dozens upon dozens of trainings on it for months, which was proof of how difficult this new software was. It's very difficult to use its basic tools, like viewing screens. But the biggest drawbacks for our team was keeping track of all the different versions of the documents being edited and finding particular items within a screen to edit. Many on our team wanted to go back to the tried-and-true Excel and Word copy decks for the ease of document version control and the search-and-find function. I think Figma has some kinks to work out, though the idea is great.

Has almost fully replaced Photoshop in my workflow

I find the tools very intuitive and for a web design or app design it just works

Ulemper:

You have to have all of your graphic assets ready. For example if you are doing more than just basic photo editing, you still need a tool like photoshop.

Great Experience

Fordeler:

Autolayout becomes easy to manage and creating components and their varients.

Ulemper:

Dev mode is not available in free version. and sometimes its laggy.
