> **Fordeler**: There is a reason why ZoomInfo has been the top company for business prospecting, and they have a massive database of contacts. Having the contacts is key and that was our biggest factor in using ZoomInfo. We were able to quickly and relatively accurately identify target companies and contacts within all of our markets across the country.

> **Ulemper**: Cost. Zoom Info, while they have the data, are also the highest price point vendor from our research and it's incredibly prohibitive for smaller businesses to utilize. That may be their intention as they seem more geared towards larger sales orgs. I also noted that for some accounts, their contact data hadn't been updated recently.

> Overall we were happy with ZoomInfo for the most part. It allowed some complex searches and customization for a niche industry in real estate, but ultimately we ran into issues with the accuracy of the data and the ability to find contacts. I wouldn't blame this on ZoomInfo however, more so the industry. Overall, their platform and Market Intelligence features were widely used on our team and we were able to source good results and updates from the search\!

> **Ulemper**: Pricing is a little high-SMEs are moving to Apollo for the same reason. The platform includes several unnecessary features. While the database isn’t 100% accurate, its overall quality is still impressive.
