The platform initially appeared to meet our needs, and we reached the final stage prior to signing. As a private Christian school in Canada, tax receipting is a standard requirement, not a unique or specialized request. This applies broadly across Canadian private schools and colleges, where issuing tax receipts is part of normal operations and compliance. After months of engagement, we were informed that Classter would not move forward with us due to our size and this requirement. This resulted in significant lost time and required us to restart our search process.
