Some features that should be basic seemed to get pushed behind upgrades or became harder to manage over time. For a small business, shipping software has to be dependable. If it creates extra friction during fulfillment, that defeats the purpose. > > I used ShipStation for my ecommerce business and eventually moved away from it because the problems started costing too much time.
