There is a significant time commitment when setting up new automation but in the long run it saves time. They also have very flexible in platform permission settings which avoids any accidental messaging from testers and dev.

You can enter a ticket like most systems but the level of detail they require from the team can feel like overkill when you are trying to solve an issue quickly. I call this a double edge sword because they are incredibly helpful it can just take a lot time to duplicate the issue to send all the info required.
