Easy Remote Support

Such an easy product to use, I have been using it for a number of years now and will continue to do so! I have a list of all my servers and can just double-click to launch into them. When it comes to providing remote - ad-hoc support - I can simply direct my client to a website - give them a code and we're up and running in no time. This is so much easier than asking people to install an app first, and then give me a code and password etc. Just simple remote support.

Ulemper:

The only minor issue is that I sometimes can't copy/paste between my host machine and the remote machine... this could be due to my Mac making a restriction tho!

I can not prepare a remote access in advance. I have to open software, generate session ID and then wait a really long time for the installer to tell the customer to download it. Generating link is nice, but I still need to be there at the beginning. It is really confusing whenever session drops, sometimes it reconnects and writes some data into chat window? why chat window? Whenever you have chat open and remote and also file transfer it is really hard to manage all those windows. Audio chat would also be nice. Connecting to some remote in Arab Emirates can take up to 5 minutes. Having multiple administrators use the same Session ID would be also a nice feature.

" Long connection times can be caused by a number of reasons (network issues, ports unavailable, ...) If you can reproduce this issue, we can help you see the exact reason why the connections take a long time. You are most welcome to visit our live chat so we can connect to one such computer and check the issue. "Having multiple administrators use the same Session ID would be also a nice feature." Since the session code (Session ID) contains a lot of important information about the session, each session code is unique. Good remote support system, real value for money

Kommentarer: we are using it for about 3 years now and would not return to what we used before. it helps us saving time a lot, certainly having nearly unlimited permanent agents to quickly unattended take over, help us react very quick and easy on customer questions for support etc.

We can quickly and easily assist users. We can create isl always on silent installer packages that just require 1 double click to install it on a system, no further config needed. Lets us share connections with co workers. The product most of the times just works, no hassle, just as it should be. No version hassles like competitors or extreme pricing for features. It has an API so we can nicely integrate it in our website so we can create easy ready to go sessions for clients without needing to pass ID's and passwords etc.

Ulemper:

users get warnings about the isl download, they have to confirm downloading an unsafe file... copy-pasting from outside into a session is sometimes troublesome, luckily there is the paste-keyboard type option which always works isl always on agents may sometimes take multiple minutes to show online after booting or rebooting a machine. file transfer could be handier. less fit for Mac,

The password cannot be entered via BitWarden when connecting to the client workstation.

By default, the "Speed Optimized" option is selected for a smoother and quicker experience. However, you have the flexibility to opt for "Quality Optimized" to enhance the streaming quality significantly. The only thing I can think of is that I cannot save something to my laptop's USB drive, which is understandable, but took time to get my head wrapped around. (i.e. Bitlocker certificate)
