This has saved us thousands in rpinting costs and allows peoplke from any location to dial in a see whats going on in the project. The organizational features allows us to manage this data easily and keep it set upin a way that works well for the team. The board can easily be shared online in a meeting or on a large display or touch screen for in in person collaboration. There are ways to export but there are size limits on exporting. What makes it more difficult is that there is no way to track the overall size of your board while you're designing it so when it comes time to export, I find myself breaking things into many smaller boards or frames.
