Its powerful search and taxonomy tools make finding specific images, brand assets, and creative files effortless. The user interface is clean and accessible, making onboarding smooth for both technical and non-technical team members. Features like custom metadata tagging and built-in transformations for photo assets save significant time during content creation and distribution workflows. > > **Ulemper**: The initial setup and taxonomy planning require a steep investment of time to configure correctly for larger file libraries. Additionally, advanced customization and enterprise-level tiers can become quite expensive for mid-sized teams, and some granular file-permission settings take a bit of trial and error to get right. > > Overall, Bynder provides a reliable and scalable solution for Digital Asset Management (DAM). It significantly reduces file-redundancy issues and eliminates endless email chains by streamlining file sharing and image management across teams. ----- ### "Bynder is our digital assets' authoritative database" — 5.0/5 > **Denise** | *31. oktober 2022* | Markedsføring og reklame | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fordeler**: Bynder is used all over our company. Bynder has been an extremely flexible option for us to better manage the distribution and use of all of our digital assets. Inefficient time and effort is wasted trying to locate needed digital files that have been dispersed among multiple computers, shared folders, and emails. > > **Ulemper**: There's no way to keep tabs on which files are being transferred, downloaded, etc. It was difficult to locate assets without knowing precisely where they were stored. To use several filters based on a single metaproperty. Minimization of computerized categorization. > > Bynder acts as a central repository for all of our digital assets, making it easier for everyone in the organization and our external partners to access the most up-to-date and accurate versions without wasting time searching for them or second-guessing whether or not they are viewing the most recent revisions. It establishes a system that can be used across all divisions and which can be relied upon to give up-to-date and comprehensive data on our digital holdings. ----- ### "Bynder good but not great" — 3.0/5 > **JR** | *3. januar 2025* | Veldedige organisasjoner | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Fordeler**: API was nice. Product technically was a DAM. > > **Ulemper**: User experience was poor. Users really hated the flat structure of the database, they preferred working in folders. Finding resources using the metadata available wasn't great either. Their search engine failed us and was quirky. > > Very mid experience. We transitioned from WebDAM and most preferred if we could have stayed. The team at Bynder did not help us with the transition very well and ultimately it took a full year to get the DAM transferred. They cut us off of API access a week before our contract expired and tried to sell special services to get us to transfer files out. Fortunately we had already completed the transfer to our new DAM by then. ----- ### "Does Good Job" — 5.0/5 > **Donnie** | *23. juni 2026* | Personale og rekruttering | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fordeler**: I was pleasantly surprised when Bynder completed our Explainer Video and Site Fixes Without Disrupting The Entire System. Honestly I thought for sure they were going to ruin the entire system. I had also previously used some poor quality code earlier that completely destroyed my Menu Module. However, their Team quickly fixed this problem, and it is working properly again. > > **Ulemper**: Why would all 5 people involved in the email thread feel compelled to let me know an animation is "rendering". Please provide one single point of contact for each task. > > My biggest issue has been cleaning up our messily organized CRM Data after a sudden exit from a member of our team. Their Team jumped in and completed the Website Migration Task and Funnels. Additionally, the Promotional App Video they created will help me stop having to explain what we do to new people repeatedly. Thankfully it is functioning properly and I am simply happy to see it off of my desk. ----- ### "Bynder is very user-friendly and configurable" — 4.0/5 > **Jessica** | *14. juni 2022* | Datamaskin, programvare | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Fordeler**: It was made clear by the Onboarding Manager exactly what needed to be done and when. They gave us with tools to evaluate and spreadsheets to help us verify the platform's suitability for our purposes. The weekly sessions were fruitful, and the "homework" tasks were manageable. The database is well-built, but it also allows for a great deal of customization. > > **Ulemper**: Metaproperties and permissions may have benefited from a bit more description of how they're used, especially how they're connected. Things didn't exactly go according to plan, so we had to go back a few times and reorganize. > > Our sales and marketing digital asset management system and our graphics digital asset management system needed to be integrated. We required an easy-to-use and easy-to-manage solution. Bynder gives you access to everything. ----- Page: 1 / 10\ Neste: [Next page](https://www.capterra.no/software/122257/bynder?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.no/software/122257/bynder) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | da | | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | ko | | | nb | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | | tr | | ----- ## Structured Data
