The system has since fulfilled its purpose and supports us well alongside our existing system. However, we have to do without some functions, which is not ideal. In the meantime, we have engaged a Gold partner who supports us from time to time. Unfortunately, his help is still limited on some topics. Although we are still in the trial phase, it looks like we will switch to Bitrix24 despite the limitations. Support has been taking days, if not weeks, to respond. We're experiencing an error with card merging that's been open for over a month. Changes are made out of the blue, without warning, and we have to constantly find new ways to do things. It seems to create more problems than solutions. No CRM card can be deleted, and merging doesn't work, so we created a column just to isolate cards that need to be merged and/or deleted. Automations don't pull updated numbers or contact names, so we have to create new cards when we correct someone's number or contact name, otherwise it sends automated messages with the old/incorrect information. We're constantly having problems connecting to WhatsApp, and we thought it was a Meta issue, but it's actually Bitrix.
