Kommentarer: Very happy, we can see us working together for a very long time. The best thing I feel is that the team listens and understands our business needs and try to help as much as possible. I tend to have lots of ideas on how to improve functionality for the our customer service and Beyonk always listens and always gets the job done!

The integration with Epos Now POS Software. This has enabled are charity to to keep up with technology using the quick scan feature for general admission and other seasonal events, you can scan anywhere!

Ulemper:

Technology is great but sometimes things can go wrong and there was a server issue that happened once but when we notified Beyonk's customer service team, it was up and running very quickly and was business as usual.

the fact that it doesn't inform you when a customer hasn't received a confirmation email.

Hi Alfie, and sorry to hear you're having problems not knowing if customers haven't received emails. In developing the Beyonk technology, we have taken a lot of care to ensure our booking confirmations have a very high success rate. In some cases, however, where customers may have a very rigorous filter on their emails which sends them to spam, there's very little we - or any other booking software - can do about that, nor would anyone be able to tell if that has happened. On occasions when the customer might make a mistake on their email address, we can activate a double verification process on your account to eradicate that, and we will be in touch with you directly about that. I hope this latter solution will help rectify the problem, and as ever we're happy to help with any other issue you may have. All the best, The Beyonk Team.

Kommentarer: We have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Beyonk, our online bookings have also increased from our previous online ticketing program.

Overall, the program is streamlined and easy to use. As well, staff are very responsive. Our particular staff member is Sal Salem, and he has been very helpful when needed!

I did not like setting up the scheduling for our experiences at first, but the program has become more streamlined since we first partnered with Beyonk.

Kommentarer: An excellent platform with great support to get you set up and manage your own experiences on the platform.

Fordeler:

The flexibility the customer has to manage their own booking within our T&C’s. The Gift voucher options are fantastic. Simple, sleek booking process for customers. Data capture options are excellent.

Ulemper:

I’d like to see more details in my daily overview of resources needed not just number of customers on each activity however this information is easily gotten elsewhere.
