Instead of receiving a timely technical investigation, we mostly received generic configuration checklists at first. Later, we were asked for information that was either already provided or no longer fully available because the client had to move/cancel appointments in the live calendar while waiting for support. The ticket also remained unread for several days at times, even though the case was marked as urgent. For simple appointment setups, Booknetic may be sufficient. But based on our experience, I would not recommend it for business-critical WooCommerce booking systems where overlapping appointments can cause real customer conflicts or financial damage.
