Kommentarer: I have no major complaint, I never had any really negative experience with this service.

Fordeler:

Easy to use, intuitive, all the most important features are in the dashboard, everything else is just one click away.

Ulemper:

It's way too hard to log in through the phone, the password is always wrong for some reason, sometimes is a bit slow.

Beautiful and clear layout, easy access to any office information about attendance, vacation or homeoffice.

I don't have any complain about HRnest. Eventually need to change password too often is one thing that I don't like.

Regarding changing the password - the system allows you to reduce the frequency of password changes, such settings can be made by the HRnest admin on your side. Great tool to track your timesheets!

I use HRnest on a weekly basis to log in all the projects I have been working on. It's easy to use and makes me more effective.

Ulemper:

Some features are hard to find like the list of projects in the timesheet. Though, after the onboarding into the product it becomes easier over time.

One additional potential drawback of HRnest is the lack of notifications (from the previous day about lack of tracked hours).

Kommentarer: The program is simple and clear even for a novice user on the first day. Everything is intuitive. You can move around on the platform comfortably.

What I like the most is that I can very easily apply for leave, I don't have to print paper applications and go to HR. I can make up my working hours on an ongoing basis. When it comes to choosing a leave application, there are a lot of options, everything is transparent.

To be honest, you don't get any downsides for this short period of use. It really made the job easier.

HRNest is a good choice

Kommentarer: It helped us to move from .xls spreadsheets and manual work into nice SaaS that takes of a lot from our heads. I really recommend it to micro, small and medium companies. It's not expensive and it will buy you a lot of time.

It's very intuitive and easy to introduce into company's day to day routines. Reliable. It simply does its job.

There should be more will on HRNest side to introduce new features suggested by users. I've sent a few ideas but they remain on the wish list.

It's very easy to use and to manage - simple and plain with extended options. Every employee can keep up to date with their application process - they say they really like the transparency that HRnest gives

Ulemper:

There's no cons for me to be honest. Paperless schedules mean greater transparency. With HRnest, we can make adjustments to schedules on the fly, without unnecessary drafting and amending.

Kommentarer: Very good Product and cooperation, affordable price for an average company in Poland, technical support at the highest level. New name more professional (from "Urlopek" to "HRnest"). Free account for up to 5 employees - the highest rating.

The software is readable, intuitive and with well-written instructions. In addition, people of all ages can use the system. Thanks to it, every employee easily manages their working time and informs about absences.

The spreadsheet needed to complete the aggregate list is chaotic.
