Kommentarer: I am a fan of Kajabi and despite some of their limitations, it's a very important part of my personal marketing strategy.

I love the flexibility of Kajabi. Their platform has proven to be an important part of my personal marketing and branding. Even though I own a digital marketing agency, many of my personal brand sites are built within Kajabi, due to the ease of use.

Ulemper:

I wish they would bring back phone support. I also don't like the fact you can't edit the media library.

Kajabi is the best all in one platform!

Kommentarer: The customer service is incredible I’ve been able to learn and improve things I was doing by working with chat support they are incredible and the high resolution they use in design work is unmatched

I love the ease of using this, when I first was introduced to Kajabi I had a client using it for their website and they had a designed ghost them and we had a launch for a offer then following week I was able to fully build out a sales funnel from sales page through confirmation emails and tagging. I love the ability to do everything from email marketing, podcast, blogs, courses, offers, accepting payments all in once place.

Ulemper:

The cost can be really high for smaller businesses

Beware! Nightmarish Experience with KAJABI

They have shown a complete disregard for their customers and failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. It is evident that their primary concern is making a quick buck rather than providing quality services.I strongly caution anyone considering working with kajabi to reconsider. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss by looking elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy software company. Outstanding Overall

Kommentarer: I am pleased with Kajabi. The staff and customer service team were pretty motivated and helpful. The product is top-notch, aesthetically and functionally and the 30-day trial offer really lets you fully assess the service.

Kajabi is robust, and you can tell they've been in the game for a while because there isn't much you can request that they haven't anticipated.

Ulemper:

I didn't like having to spend so much time learning where to go for what...I would love to have a single space (a command center) where I could look at the screen, find what I need, and implement my plan.

Kajabi has been a win for us

They feel expensive for how we are currently using them, but they offer many capabilities that we haven't even tapped into yet, such as the social media automations, so I'm excited to continue expanding the way we use Kajabi to leverage the possibilities better.

I found it relatively simple to set up and get started with. The support documentation is helpful and thorough. I appreciate the customization options available and the ability to create email campaigns and web pages all in one place.

Ulemper:

The location of where you can edit various aspects of your courses/offers is not intuitive. I would appreciate if they added the ability to use videos hosted on YouTube.

The Rolls Royce of Online Course Delivery

Kommentarer: While Kajabi will position and advertise itself as the "one and only platform you need" its expertise is what it started out with, which is online course delivery. Since it has introduced email marketing, checkouts, landing pages, website builder, membership programs and I believe in podcast hosting, but all of that is pretty basic and while it does the job, you are better served using other options. That being said, when it comes to hosting online courses, and wanting to share your expertise with your audience, no one does it better. Kajabi is more expensive feature for feature when it comes to what else is out there, but Kajabi does it the best and it's worth the premium. I have no intention of switching to anything else. It hosts my demo classes, free classes, full out programs and has helped me in growing my business. My clients love the ease of use, layouts, and of course the Kajabi Mobile App.

Kajabi hands down is the best of the best. The different templates, organization and layout of content makes for easy user consumption.

Ulemper:

Could do better with landing pages, checkouts, and membership programs.

The Industry Standard

Kajabi is great. Straight forward. Easy to use. Helpful templates. Easy to create clean and efficient sites, courses, and emails.

It's a bit expensive without guarantee of ROI.

Kajabi Does Email Too!

Kommentarer: Because some clients were using other Kajabi software I decided to give the email a try. Overall for the price, I was satisfied with the platform.

Kajabi worked great for my small email list plus had the segmentation I needed.

I like kajabi its the platform for overall course creation , marketing ,sales funnels etc. it is user friendly as it does not require extensive technical skills. It is the ideal platform that allows you to personalize your product. Customer service is on point , there are instances where I have signing in issues and there were persons responding to my request every single day ,until it was resolved .

Ulemper:

I dont like the fact that i am unable to log in to kajabi via my browser .I most times receive a link to be able to log in . it is very costly. though user friendly require time to be able to grasp the concept.

Great Product for Coaching Products

I like that Kajabi continues to improve and grow the features of the platform on a daily basis. They value customer feedback a lot.

Ulemper:

If a feature is lacking such as drop-down menus you have to send in an inquiry for the development team to consider and it could be over a year before this feature is added or updated if it didn't already exist.

Great all in one platform for website and learning content management

The website builder is great. I love the plug-and-play options and a suite of simple clean templates to choose from.

Ulemper:

If you are a novice in the space you may find it challenging to know what to search for in Kajabi University. But once you locate the information, it is detailed and answers the question.

Fall in love with Kajabi and all features. Brilliant for e-Learning courses

Kommentarer: I absolutely love Kajabi! I did a long research before I chose the Kajabi platform. I hate using multiple platforms for Landing Pages, eMail campaigns, eMail automations, CRM, video training platform, membership area, payments, affiliate programs and assessment forms. I wanted all that to be on one place so I dont lose time and money to integrate, I dont deal with too many support teams + I wanted really good support and a company that has a vision for their future and keep working on their platform. After all my researches Kajabi won as it ticked all my boxes :) And their support proved they are really good and fast in answering (asked questions on features)

Fordeler:

It's easy to learn, setup and manage. It has all the features I could think of for my online video training courses and I love the unlimited amount of Landing Pages.

Ulemper:

It doesnt have an option currency to be based on the country of payment; it has only PayPal and Stripe but they are changing this at the moment (June 2021) and there are no smart Quiz forms, where the outcome results depends on the answers selected on each question

Kajabi offers alot!

Kommentarer: it is a really good solid software that offers a lot but takes a while to learn.

I like that it allows you to customize landing and sales page. That it has pipelines already set up so it makes using Kajabi quick and easy. It has so much functions and features such as coaching, podcast and they are always creating and improving which is great.

Ulemper:

It takes a lot to learn how to use Kajabi and I am probably still learning. You are not able to undo a mistake which is super annoying because if I delete something by accident I have to redo it.

Better than most, but room for improvement

Kommentarer: I switched to Kajabi from Teachable. I was very unhappy with Teachable and did not have the time to create content on my own business website. I have created more than 10 separate products with this platform and at times it has a steep learning curve. The UI looks fantastic and very professional. I love how easy it is to add basic content to a product, but wish many of the menus talked to each other much better. The workflow is often very disjointed when creating a new product. I wish they would fix this aspect. If the flow was better and there were more in app capabilities for basic data analysis (e.g., assessment results without needed a separate download), that would be amazing.

I enjoy how easy it is to create, upload and organize content for a given product. I also like the progress monitoring capabilities.

Ulemper:

I am incredibly frustrated by the assessment aspect of this platform. It is extremely limited. It is hard to see results from assessments and difficult to set them up. You have to create your assessment before you can add it to a course instead of creating it while you are working on a course. It is a completely different menu. It is also incredibly hard to get assessment results.

Worth the extra cost

A great concept with too much user friction

Kommentarer: I wanted to love Kajabi but in the end, I began dreading interacting with the platform. I never did launch this side hustle because I began to feel so bogged down just getting the thing up and running. I was given the advice from colleagues that the way to success was to hire a designer to set up my Kajabi and then run it from there. Given the high cost of the platform, I found I resented the idea of needing to spend yet more to get it functional. In different circumstances, I might use Kajabi again but it's not my first choice.

I was very attracted to the idea of an all in one platform that would allow me functionality without needing to knit together many applications. I also appreciated a lot of their educational and motivational content.

Ulemper:

It's very awkward. I was coming from Squarespace as a web platform and by comparison, getting the look I wanted required a lot of tedious, non-intuitive modifications to the template.

The price for more Than 3 products could be more affordable.

Room for Improvement

It's designed for online coaching so provides the tools needed.

Ulemper:

Not the most intuitive tool to use. Products haven't been saved despite my hitting save, requiring me to redo work in several instances.

Kajabi offers so much

We created online courses for our employees to start with but once you start working with the program we realized how much Kajabi has to offer.

We still have so much to learn. It was a little difficult to find answers to our questions because there was so much information.

Kajabi's AI Creator Hub: The One-Stop Solution for Building Your Online Course Empire

Kommentarer: I'm impressed by Kajabi's platform and how it simplifies course creation. Kajabi's AI Creator Hub is worth checking out.

I found Kajabi's AI Creator Hub incredibly easy to use and highly effective. The free AI tools allowed me to quickly and easily structure my online course and build a compelling landing page with persuasive sales copy.

Ulemper:

The free AI tools in the Creator Hub may seem too good to be true, but I found that there are no cons to using this platform

It's fantastic until you need technical help

Kommentarer: Kajabi is a good company that offers way more services than anyone else. The Customer Service database can usually answer my questions and their agents are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they can't solve technical issues quickly. Overall, I'm willing to pay more to use Kajabi because they are professional, the site is easy to manage, and I have access to marketing strategies I would otherwise have to pay a lot of money for.

Kajabi looks professional, is easy to use, and has all the marketing and business tools you need in one place.

I don't need most of the marketing features right now, so I'm paying a lot more for my website than I would like. Since I can't sell physical products, I have to use Shopify - this is frustrating and time-consuming. I absolutely love the friendly customer service agents, but they can't solve technical issues quickly. It can take several days, which isn't acceptable when your customers expect your site to function seamlessly. I'm probably going to have to move to another company because I need to be able to solve problems immediately, but it looks like I won't be able to transfer my content since I built it on their site with their templates.

Tool with a ton of features but extremely EXPENSIVE!!!

Kommentarer: Overall, other than the pricing and a few lags here and there, Kajabi is a good platform overall.

Honestly, Kajabi is a powerful tool for courses, emails, website management, memberships, and just anything and everything along these lines. I started using Kajabi as a course platform for offering education to my audience and nurturing them...and later, we started using it as a company. Customer support is great as well and we didn't have any issues performance-wise.

Ulemper:

The differentiator was pricing. When there are other tools (say Systeme or Landingi) offering similar (and more) solutions for a very low and affordable price, Kajabi needs to rethink its pricing model. I'd not recommend Kajabi to people who are just starting out with an online business plan.

Makes running an online biz a breeze

Years ago when we started out, my husband was trying to build our website from scratch using Wordpress plugins. He was pulling all nighters and pulling his hair out...but still was falling behind deadlines and the site looked like crap. Enter stage left, Kajabi, and all our problems were solved. INSTANT profressionalism given to us from their fresh and clean layout and look.

Ulemper:

The ONE con I've got is that they don't have any way for the community to really engage inside Kajabi. So our course students and Academy subscription members aren't engaging inside it...and we have to use Facebook instead, which I think we all have a love/hate with these days.
