Great entry-level brand management tool; at the right price

Kommentarer: I've managed a variety of brands as agency brands using Hootsuite, especially early on in my career. I've considered it for other agency provisions however have opted for more advanced packages.

Hootsuite provides a variety of easy intuitive tools for online and social media brand management, including customer service and marketing. It's also at an excellent cost.

Ulemper:

It's not as complex or insightful as other tools. But that's because it's cheaper and more basic.

Solid, dependable social media management tool

Less than favorable customer service...

Kommentarer: For the amount that Hootsuite charges the services became less than favorable to say the least. There are so many other platforms offering the same services making it ridiculous to deal with Hootsuites lack of customer service.

I liked the Hootsuite calendar tools and the ability to streamline my social media activity.

Ulemper:

Hootsuite failed to offer reliable customer service. I had issues with billing and they repeatedly failed to remedy the flaws in their system.

It empowered us to have the best possible control over all of our social media posts.

Kommentarer: Hootsuite made it easy for me to organize all of our social media accounts, the ability to schedule posts across multiple channels, and a comprehensive calendar view of all scheduled posts ensured that we were always fully coordinated.

I love Hootsuite, it’s awesome for social media management, it makes it easy and efficient for me to plan and organize my team’s content, and it’s really improved our social media presence in a professional way. I love how I can easily share content on additional channels, which helps increase website traffic and customer inquiries. It’s great that whether I’m uploading photos or videos, everything is simple and fast across all platforms, and the basic publishing options are clear and easy. I love how I can easily repeat the same post multiple times, perfect for when I need to extend the period of displaying a certain content. I love that Hootsuite has made responding to messages very simple, no need to switch between channels. Everything is in one place.

Ulemper:

Scheduling rarely fails and when it does, it’s easy to fix. Hootsuite’s media library is amazing, it makes it easy to keep sharing and refreshing content seamless. Copying captions makes it easy to upload content instantly without any hassle.

Productivity to the max

Great software for managing Social Media

I'm able to manage our companies social media accounts. We don't get a lot of interaction but about once a month we post to the 3 platforms that we utilize. It's FB, Twitter and Instagram. I love that I can do the work once and have the post go to all 3 platforms.

Ulemper:

Hootsuite used to have a free level and we used it for years. Now we are reevaluating what we are going to do because we're a small business and every dollar counts in this economy.

The pricing, in my opinion, is on the higher side, as compared to what its competitors are offering. Its posting feature on Instagram needs to be improved, otherwise it is a great tool

I love so many things about Hootsuite. The analytics and reporting features have been awesome for monthly reporting. It makes creating reports super easy and pulls great data points that bosses love to see. It makes social media management much more...well... manageable!

I wish I could incorporate other socials into the tool like Linkedin and Threads, maybe I haven't branched out enough but I would like to see how those work!

Another Little Bird is Taking Care Of It All

Kommentarer: Our hospital uses Hootsuite to manage every single one of our social media channels. We are constantly updating various channels for client education as well as regular updates on "What's New" in our hospital and Hootsuite has been the fastest way to keep up on a regular schedule.

Its an easy way to manage our entire hospital's social media channels and run it through the chain of command and it allows us extra time to work on additional projects! It integrates with every main social media outlet we use.

The only negative I have is the pricing.. its on the higher side for sure but I would say its worth the price since I am saving so much more time!

Hootuite- Life changer experience

I like that I can time schedule all the posts I want. Instead of going online and posting at that particular time, I can schedule when I want the post to go online.

Sometimes it gets connectivity issues. Other than that, I don't find any problem.

Feature rich but heavy

Fordeler:

Hootsuite made managing multiple brands simpler with its scheduling calendar that gave an overview of the scheduled posts on each platform. Analytics for each platform was more than sufficient for reporting page growth, user engagement, and video views.

Ulemper:

Navigating through the web app uses up a lot of the browser's resources, causing the overall experience to feel heavy. While it's overall relatively reliable, uploading large files for posts can cause everything to come to a halt, while you hope the upload is successful or having to try again.
