Easy & Efficient

The "Free Trial" isn't worth it
Kommentarer: Not impressed, but it did force me to learn to create my own forms in an actual free app.

The very first form I created turned out fine. Until I wanted to update the form and it caused nothing but headaches.

Hard to update. If you create too many forms, you will be charged. Clients had difficultly using form, in the end caused me more work. The Free Trial is VERY limited.

We'd like to clarify that forms can be edited anytime and anywhere by simply logging in to your Jotform account, then edit the form you want. In addition to that, any changes on your form will also automatically reflect on the live form, so there's no need to update or re-embed your form manually. Please understand that each of the plans has their own limits. For example, on the Starter (Free) plan, you can only keep 5 active forms at a time. We believe the Starter plan is enough for basic usage. We also have plenty of helpful guides and video tutorials you can find in our User Guide section here: http://www.jotform.com/help/. Easy to use!
Kommentarer: I enjoy the experiences I've had with Jotform. I had never used a service like this before and I feel like it was really easy to learn how to use the forms. I am familiar with computers and software, so that could be the reason, but the setup for your forms is easy.

I like that customers can fill the forms out online. It can get complicated sending them a PDF if they're not too tech savvy. This makes it so much easier.

It can take a while to setup the forms just the way you like them. But once you have the forms setup, you are good to go.

Love this app for my tattoo clients paperwork

I love that my clients can sign all my forms and we can keep them electronically.

At least 3 or 4 times a month my client will spend 15 mins filling out and signing forms and then they will just be deleted. Not saved as a draft or anything. Its extremely frustrating.

Love Jotform Sign-it’s so efficient
Kommentarer: Love Jotform sign. I have used docu sign for other services but Jotform is much more user friendly and easier. I have told my colleagues about Jotform and I believe some of them are using it too now.

The amount of signatures you get a month, sometimes I run over. I was having an issue where clients signatures were not going through the first time causing them to sign again and it was causing duplicates but I have not had that occur within the last 9 months

Great solution and very competitive
Kommentarer: My experience has been excellent, so much so that I have recommended Jotform and Jotform Sign to many other businesses, who now also use it.

Jotform Sign allows me to collect legally binding signatures on my contracts. It's very easy to set up and gives me far more signatures per month than other solutions I used previously, which were nowhere near as good or flexible. I've used Jotform for several years so when I realised that Jotform Sign was part of the solution it was a no brainer to use it.

Nothing, it's so much better than the competition, especially when you take into account what a great tool Jotform is even without Jotform Sign!

Here's how to do that: 1) While in Sign Builder, click SEND from the top menu. 2) Click Share with link from the left menu. 3) Click Create link to generate a link for your Sign Document. 4) Share the link to your customers. Kommentarer: One of my favorite tools! As I said before, the addition of Jotform Sign to the Jotform platform has expanded our use of it. And the price is so reasonable!

I am SO glad someone told me about Jotform! Our clients and agents are spread around the country, and most of what we accomplish happens virtually. I've been using Jotform for a number of different forms, and when they added Jotform sign, I was able to expand our use of it because we can track the signature received, making contracts complete.

Forms and management for Non- Profit

Pricing is a bit of an issue for us because we don't have to use Jotform for only our larger event administration. But Jotform is great b/c after a month I can cancel and then sign back up a few months later and reactivate my account to pick up and us again.
