Everything is perfect and outstanding that offers features in this segment. Tool is very useful for me in handling of resources and multiple projects without any problem. Everything is straight forward like generating invoice, time tracking & project tracking. Anyone can use this perfect solution. In my opinion it is beast solution for all organisations.

Ulemper:

No as such issue but pricing is little bit high for small organisations. Make it affordable so anyone can use this perfect solution.

Statistics is a nice feature, and being able to move wrongly placed registered times is great

Ulemper:

Even with a huge screen, the GUI is centered and small.. Which makes it little hard to work with. It's also a lot of double work due to the way overtime is supposed to be registered.

With Milient, we can easily apply our procedures across all of these platforms and provide work in an automated, streamlined fashion.

The platform's ability to seamlessly integrate these functions has greatly facilitated my ability to handle many projects, coordinate with colleagues across departments, and gain access to all of my relevant work files from a single location. It has been invaluable in streamlining my processes and increasing my output.

Ulemper:

Confusion is caused by delays in the creation, submission, and update processes. This results in duplicates quite frequently. Let me know when anything is loading by showing me a loader or a more reliable indicator of progress.

Good connectivity to popular ERPs used in Sweden

Kommentarer: A good product that with a remake could be top-notch.

Connectivity to go from time entries to preparing the invoice and sending it, and getting it automatically communicated to our ERP.The preparation step ("Projektunderlag") is good but has room for improvement. Filtering, searching etc. But the functionality it self is good.

Ulemper:

Feels old. The UI has room for improvement. Many steps are cumbersome, and the feeling of things added over time making things more complex than if designed from scratch is apparent. Many views, like the "Projektunderlag" view, cannot be filtered and sorted in a good way. You need to put the project and customer name in the project name field in order to get a reasonably good overview in the "Projektunderlag" view as you cannot add project name to this view.

Kommentarer: It has simplified the entire lifecycle infrastructure for managing projects. The unified system provides various tools for handling multiple tasks at the same time. Milient has simplified life for our most programs and we are ever satisfied with its great services.

Milient has the capability of managing multiple projects at the same time which saves time and cost. It tracks projects effectively to ensure it follows the set company policies and performance standards. It can schedule tasks and give priority to most demanding project for quick service delivery.

Ulemper:

The cost of deployment and maintenance has been the only challenge that I have experienced so far.

I'm using this tool from last 1.5 years. Really tool is very helpful and play a vital role in project planning related tasks like tasks scheduling, invoicing, tasks tracking and documents management. Tool is very user-friendly, secure and robust. It saves lots of time in project workflow management and boost project productivity. Customer support is also very decent always available to help you.

Ulemper:

No, I don't have dislike with this tool. Really very helpful in project workflows. But sometimes laggy when api takes time to update the data. Also needs Little bit optimizations.

it offers great tools for manaegement of our resources, it allows us me to have know the expertise available a cross the company so that i can filter the resources according to the needs we have during planning and resource manegement increases our budget awareness and provides us with safety net since it allows to compare the estimate with the actual resource use

Ulemper:

milient is a good software but it has one major problem, their customer support is so poor they take too long to reply to inquiries which is not a good practise

the graphic and design. that we could handle all information about a project when it came to time and economic.

A little bit annoying that when you report a time in a specific project you need to first add the time, then click on the pencil on the side to add more information of what you have done under the time. The project planing and task are to complicated

Great software for our architecture company

Kommentarer: We are running our projects in Moment, project management, timetracking and invoicing.

Fordeler:

We are using Moment, a product from Milient, to run our architecture business. We chose this software first and foremost for the ease of use, and multiple functionalities.

Ulemper:

The software has been developed over a long period of time, and many iterations have been deployed. This results in a software that is packed with functionality, and possibly a bit too much for an entry level user.

Easy organization of organization

Easy to make projects and follow along with how many ours used and have left. Also great to be able to make a plan with how many hours on each project

That it suggests I work from 08.30-16 as a default

I don't have any cons as of yet, I will contunue to work with the program but so far everything is great for me. I'm learning as I go.

Easy to use the tracking part of the system with excellent integrations to Payroll and ERP.

In some cases the UI is not up to date and would need some upgrades.

Milient and Moment is easy to use for reporting workhours and to make invoices.
